Bypassing the confines of being an Eastern fitness practice thus far, yoga, with its worldwide acceptance now, has become the prime fitness mantra to help celebs and common people stay in shape. Considering the fact that yoga allows practitioners to achieve greater mental and physical health, we regularly see well known personalities demonstrating its myriad benefits to inspire the masses.

Looks like we’ve yet another inclusion to our list of famous celebrities, who don’t start or end their day without having a regular yoga session. The Dancing With The Stars contestant Maria Menounos, who also happens to be a noted American actress, journalist, television presenter and occasional professional wrestler, recently provided us a glimpse of her spiritual side and shapely figure while making a couple of yoga moves at a yoga spot on Extra at The Grove.

The 34-year-old actress, who was donning tight black trousers and bright purple upper, exhibited her flexible side at the outdoor yoga session for the Extra TV show. According to Daily Mail, Maria earlier managed to shed 40lbs by relying on yoga and homegrown food from her garden; however, she loves junk food as well.
